A classic smooth Cabernet Sauvignon from a quintessential Barossa Valley Cabernet vintage. It is approachable on opening, and its compelling aromas of juniper, black pepper and mint along with flavours of dark chocolate, plum and blackcurrant will have you coming back for more.
It’s a delicious, softer, riper style of Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, which makes it a perfect fit for those who also love a rounder fuller style.
Located in the iconic sub region of Ebenezer this is from one of the Barossa Valley’s most prized grape growing patches of dirt. The ancient soils in this area restrict the vines growth and give us a wine high in intensity and concentration.

This is a fruit-driven Barossa Valley Shiraz 2020 with all the ripe black fruit flavours we’ve come to expect from the Barossa Valley favourite.
As with all Atze’s wines, this Barossa Shiraz Estate has been made using the traditional artisan approach - destemmed without crushing, delicately moved to the fermenter to keep the grapes intact, hand pumped over and basket pressed to create a pure and expressive Barossa Shiraz Estate wine.
The peppery spice, the vanilla of oak, the dark fruits and liquorice of the aroma flow through to the palate and wrap the rich tannins in a layer of flavour. You’re left with a lingering finish of cacao and the hope that there’s another glass available.
This Barossa Valley Shiraz is not to be missed!

Vermentino wine has been a part of the Atze’s range for several vintages now and as the vines mature, Andy’s ideas about how he wants the wine made, and how he wants to drink the wine have developed. We’re now seeing a wine with a little more longevity and an extra degree of zest.
Vermentino hailing from the sunny Mediterranean coasts of France and Italy, is well suited to the Barossa Valley where it soaks up the warm summer days and keeps its fresh acidity.
In Spring you can see the wild roses flowering as they lay scattered across the vineyard floor.
Vinified quite simply and bottled young this Vermentino wine is all about limey citrus and zesty, fresh tangy fruit stunning lingering flavours of honeysuckle and peach. Dry and utterly refreshing this is the perfect wine to drink right through the spring and summer.

We were impressed with this GSM that we tried with a cheese platter when visited the cellar door. Really lovely drop so ordered some and would highly recommend
This has become my favourite relax/quick dinner/afternoon wine. Full of flavour and beautifully smooth. You can't go wrong with this one - it's a crowd pleaser!
All Atze wines are delicious. This is the first time I have tried this particular wine and was extremely happy with the taste. I think that all the wines are reasonably priced and would recommend this one especially.
Beautiful example of a Barossa GSM. As usual, Atze’s have executed with immaculate fineness making this wine worthy of any occasion.
Very nice GSM Good fruit with the Grenache shining through to make this a very drinkable wine. Surprising length. Definitely a class above a lot of well rated, more expensive GSM’s on the market. Will be even better in a couple of years.
