NEW VINTAGE RELEASE
Inspired by the old Roses brought to the Barossa by our German ancestors in the 1800s. Originally grown in their gardens, these roses now bloom around our vineyards to declare summer's arrival. This Rosé is handcrafted from our estate’s old Grenache and Mourvèdre vineyards. Dry style Rosé, fresh acidity, strawberries, pomegranate, and Cranberry flavours.
An alluring light pink colour shines through the glass as you pour this dry style Rosé. It has amazing upfront sweet characters of strawberries and pomegranate and you’ll love the lingering flavours of Vanilla Bean and Cranberry. Soft mouthfeel on your palate with refreshing acidity.

Inspired by the old Roses brought to the Barossa by our German ancestors in the 1800s. Originally grown in their gardens, these roses now bloom around our vineyards to declare summer's arrival. Vermentino, our estate’s only white variety, has an amazing harmony with our warm Mediterranean summers. Fresh acidity, zesty citrus flavours, and delicate floral notes.
Vermentino wine has been a part of the Atze’s range for several vintages now and as the vines mature, Andy’s ideas about how he wants the wine made, and how he wants to drink the wine have developed. We’re now seeing a wine with a little more longevity and an extra degree of zest.
Vermentino hailing from the sunny Mediterranean coasts of France and Italy, is well suited to the Barossa Valley where it soaks up the warm summer days and keeps its fresh acidity.
In Spring you can see the wild roses flowering as they lay scattered across the vineyard floor.
Vinified quite simply and bottled young this Vermentino wine is all about limey citrus and zesty, fresh tangy fruit stunning lingering flavours of honeysuckle and peach. Dry and utterly refreshing this is the perfect wine to drink right through the spring and summer.

Discover Decadent Cabernet: A Smooth Classic from Barossa Valley
We invite you to indulge in the refined charm of our Decadent Cabernet, a true expression of a quintessential Barossa Valley Cabernet vintage. This delicious wine offers a softer, riper style, making it a perfect match for those who appreciate a rounder, fuller experience akin to the allure of Shiraz.
Tasting Note: Embrace the transformation of Cabernet as it grows in the warm embrace of the Barossa Valley. Shedding its austere and restrained nature, it blossoms into a full-bodied explosion of fruit. Classic blackcurrant mingles with the intensified flavors of blueberry and prune plum. A dash of high cocoa chocolate and dark roasted coffee add depth and complexity to this remarkable blend.
Pairing: Decadent Cabernet boasts svelte, savory tannins, making it a delightful companion for barbecued meats or that enticing block of mature cheese calling for your attention.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Vinification: Our Decadent Cabernet undergoes a meticulous vinification process, starting with cold soaking on skins to extract color, followed by extended skin contact for 21 days, adding structure and weight to the palate. Gentle pressing and secondary fermentation in oak barrels further enhance its character.
Maturation: Aged for 15 months in 3rd-4th fill French Oak Barriques, our Decadent Cabernet develops a velvety texture and subtle oak influences.
Vineyard: Sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1998, this wine hails from the iconic subregion of Ebenezer, a cherished grape-growing area within the Barossa Valley. The ancient soils in this region restrict vine growth, yielding a wine of exceptional intensity and concentration.
Cellaring: While Decadent Cabernet delights upon release, its potential for further development is undeniable. With careful cellaring, it will gracefully evolve for up to eight years from vintage, rewarding patience with even greater complexity and finesse.
Limited Availability: Our Decadent Cabernet is a testament to the beauty of Barossa Valley Cabernets from a remarkable vintage. A true gem, this wine is limited in production, ensuring its exclusivity and desirability among wine enthusiasts.

Delicious rose, not too sweet or too dry - just perfect! Bought a box and it’s already half gone. A great all rounder and one which can be enjoyed by everyone :)

Found the wine acidic and bland , I struggled to finish my first glass . Too sharp for me.
