Atze's Corner Wines (SA) Pty Ltd ABN 79116973025 endorses that wine is consumed responsibly and in moderation.

Alcohol cannot be sold, passed on or supplied to persons under the age of 18, Atze's Corner Wines, Direct Sales license No. 51402483 and Producers licence no. 50820387, Lot 2 Section 134 Research Rd, Nuriootpa, SA, 5355, is subject to laws of the liquor licensing Act 1997.

Wine will not under any circumstances be left at an unattended premises and the delivery of the wine must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. Location 451 Research Road, Nuriootpa, South Australia.

You may only use this website if you are aged 18 years or over, or otherwise over the legal drinking age in your country of residence. Please immediately exit this website if you do not meet these requirements.

Terms and Conditions agreement.

Quoted Prices

Prices stated on the Atze’s Corner Wines Web Site maybe updated frequently. Users are advised to note the date last amended on any order forms and to confirm all prices prior to placement of order.

Shipping will be calculated based on your location once your purchases have been made.

All prices are inclusive of GST and WET and quoted in Australian Dollars.

Each order you make is a contract with Atze’s Corner Wines for the purchase of goods for supply of those goods.

Atze’s Corner can accept or cancel any order for any reason an error in pricing, product unavailability, goods description without exception.

Occasionally Atze’s corner may have to reject an order if a good has become unavailable due to no stock. Your money will be fully refunded.

Once good have been delivered to your premises and you’ve taken possession of the goods you assume all responsibility of the goods
