Maturation: Aged for 18 months in 3rd-4th fill French Oak Barriques, our Decadent Cabernet develops a velvety texture and subtle oak influences.

A tragedy befell the vines, leaving the tiny patch of estate devastated. However, these tough vines proved their resilience. Three years later, they delivered a crop of grapes second to none, a testament to the beauty of growing on ironstone and red clay. From central Italy, Montepulciano is celebrated for its savory tannins and juicy fruit.
