Zen Master 2013 Shiraz (Vineyard 1912) Museum

  • This is the Zen Master, a Barossa Shiraz made from one hundred year old vines. As concentrated and complex as the vines are ancient, this is a wine to cellar for upwards of 10 years. And the wait will be worth it. Zen Master is the epitome of Barossa Shiraz as we have come to know and love it.

The inky-deep purple colour catches your eye while floral characters, violet and rose petal, stream from the glass. Drinking Zen Master is pure joy. It is silky smooth, utterly seamless and perfectly balanced. Ripe, black fruit characters dominate the palate complexed by pepper spices and dark chocolate, a note of vanilla and hazelnut.

This wine is a master of its domain. It will reward your years of cellaring, or show powerful expressive fruit as a young red.
